Over the past couple of years after the onset of Covid there is a need for Mental health awareness. Tens of thousands of people are impacted by mental health issues throughout the world. The month of May every year is recognized as the Mental Health Awareness Month. Earlier stigma was attached to mental health issues. The goal with a whole month of mental health awareness is to help people with mental illnesses understand that they are not alone in their struggles—and that getting treatment can make all the difference……..
