Activity Center

The Ananth Jeevan Activity Center is a place for conducting Counselling sessions and other related activities.

Feel free to ask for a free appointment at the Activity Center.

1. Our Counsellor will be available to talk to you to understand your situation fully.
2. The sessions are confidential with the following exceptions:
3. When self-harm or harming others is intended/planned
4. Use of drugs
5. In case there are additional sessions are required, our Counsellor will let you know that too.
6. Ananth Jeevan primarily aims to conduct free sessions as much as possible.
7. If further sessions require professionals who charge, AJ will let you know up front.

Appointments are open between 11.00 AM and 4.00 PM on weekdays. Appointments must be pre-confirmed.

Working days: Monday to Saturday.

Besides persona counselling sessions, other activities related to mind health are also held frequently, as follows:

• Special educative sessions on Mind Health, like Expert talks, Group discussions and Awareness Sessions.

We also conduct sessions on enhancing mental toughness that work to fortify one’s mental stamina and pre-empt potential mind health issues. Activities include the following. Please refer the website for announcements.

• Summer camps for children on domestic chores
• Music classes
• Literary sessions like book reviews etc.
