“Offering hope and life in its fullness to people with mental health issues”

According to the World Health Organization nearly, 7.5% of Indians have mental health issue. In India, one in seven individuals experience a mental illness.

About 40% of these identified mental disorders are anxiety and depression. There are numerous more mental illnesses, such as personality disorders, schizophrenia, eating disorders, somatic disorders, disassociative disorders the effects of which on individuals are mostly unknown.

People became more aware of mental health during the pandemic. However, even before the COVID-19 situation the severity of mental health was high. According to the Global Burden of Disease, Injuries, & Risk factors study, 2017 200 million people are suffering from mental health issues. National Mental Health estimates that nearly 80% of people have no access to the treatment & counselling services.

“Take your time healing, as long as you want. Nobody else knows what you’ve been through.

How could they know how long it will take to heal you?”
