Program Outline

PHASE 1 — IDENTIFY & INTRODUCE

10-Week Online (Zoom)

A 10-week Zoom cohort for foundational training
1 hour/week on Zoom for 10 weeks
Ongoing Zoom meetings / mentorship

Outcome:

Shared language of restoration
Discernment of leaders
Strong relational foundation

PHASE 2 — DEVELOP & EQUIP

In-Person Conference

1 week in-person training in Hyderabad

Outcome:

Core leadership team formed
Trained Trauma-Informed Advocates

PHASE 3 — ADVANCED LEARNING

10-Week Online

1–1.5 hours/week
